Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Velvet Caviar gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on all protective cases and accessories. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your electronics accessories in their original Velvet Caviar packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
